What to expect from this course.....
This unique class is designed for those looking to add to their health and wellness routines. Catherine leads the class in a short focusing exercise before teaching her 'experiential learning' process specifically designed to promote calmness and well being.
Catherine's easy step by step learning method encourages any level of student to untap their creativity using unexpected tools and techniques learning to paint through the lens of colour, pattern and texture. Students are encouraged to keep an art journal to document their process.
Art Supplies Required
4 - 18” x 24” (or larger) canvas or mixed media paper
@6 – 10 acrylic paint colours (titanium white required)
@16oz. jar matte or gloss gel
1” flat brush, medium tipped brush, plastic fork,
cotton swabs, gift card/credit card to use as a painting tools
Palette paper or paint tray or paper plates
Spray bottle – water
